It may be cold outside but we can help you beat the winter blues with some fantastic speciality fish beautifully prepared by our expert chefs….
Why not try our brown crab caught by Nick Hutchins off the coast of Start Bay.  We simply boil them and then serve with crusty bread and aioli - ideal.  Or you can enjoy them as part of our Shellfish Platter or Roasted Shellfish Pan.
Harvested off the coast of Lime Bay our Razor Clams are sweet and perfectly served with garlic & chilli butter.
February is the best time for Tuna.  We keep it simple and tasty by gently searing our Yellowfin Tuna and serving it with salsa rossa or a soy & mirin dressing…
